Hello, my name is Tahir Khan, and I run your local home appliance repair firm in the vibrant Buckinghamshire town of High Wycombe in south east England.
I moved to High Wycombe in the late 80s from the West Midlands with my father. I completed my secondary schooling here, and this exciting, diverse town has been my home ever since.
Since I was a young child I’ve always had a passion for repairing things, so that led me into studying electronics, becoming qualified in the field. More recently I’ve seized the opportunity to join Pacifica, to receive support and backing for owning and operating a local appliance repair service in my home town of High Wycombe.

My growing business now has a staff of three City & Guilds qualified appliance repair engineers – including, I’m proud to say, my youngest son.

I’m delighted to be able to offer a useful, cost-effective appliance repair service to the wonderful people of Wycombe, where I have raised three children and enjoyed all the good things in life.
In my younger days I made my mark in the town with activities like Taekwondo and cricket, but nowadays – though I’m still a keen sport spectator – I spend my free time hiking and taking long walks in the lovely countryside around Wycombe. I find it helps me stay grounded to be connected with nature.
That’s why I appreciate the fact that repairing appliances and getting the most out of them before they have to be consigned to the trash heap is an eco-friendly occupation. Yet another reason to enjoy what I do every day.
